He found possible mold from moisture area and ordered a study. He even went above and beyond to find out where the source was (going to above units and neighboring walls of other enclosed areas of the building) which turned out to be a building defect that even if remediated it would probably return. Great Inspector as he arrives Early, is very courteous and thorough. This inspector has a State LICENSE, and has a Licensed Termite and Roofing contractor to facilitate those inspections and to provide quotes onsite. I admit he takes a bit longer but it is worth it for anyone making an investment. I have seen other home inspectors run through the home in 30-45 minutes and are NOT very efficient. I highly recommend him to all my customers!
